What now?

Things are bad, very bad. His muscles are all in spasms..they had to cath him last night and he has been throwing up for about 6 hours now. His breathing is very erratic..and shallow and slow. He is having trouble talking because of the pain and the fact that he cannot keep his meds down so I am waiting to hear from Hospice on what to do next. Hope they call me back soon...I hate seeing him in so much pain.
