Hokey Pokey

Well this is the second night of Glenns "Hokey Pokey" Spent all night with him laying down then sitting up then wanting me to help him stand and back to sitting them laying down. About every 3-5 min. I am exhausted- but got a few hours this morning when my mom came over to be with him. We had some interesting talks throughout the night though... between the "Hokey Pokey" and the being afraid to go to sleep. I do not believe he has been awake this long-ever! The crazy part is he is not really awake, but kind of in between asleep and awake- but he says he has no pain really which is odd. Hospice told me though that when your organs begin shutting down the toxins released have an analgesic effect and this will eliminate pain much of the time. So possibly that is what is going on? Who knows- still just taking it one day at a time..then u do the hokey pokey and you turn yourself around, thats what its all about.....
