What's up at our house

Glenn has gone from having what he calls "flares" from 1 or 2 a week to everyday. They seem to get more aggressive each time. For those of you that stop by please do not be offended if you cannot see Glenn, sometimes he just isn't up for it- or he does not want you to see him that way. I hope everyone understands. I am willing to talk you ear off though..:) Thanks to everyone who is helping us out with meals and random acts of kindness, you will never know the burden it has lifted from our shoulders. The boys are coping pretty well considering these days. Grades are excellent and I haven't had to pull them off of one another for a day or two, this is a good sign. Parker asked me if Dad would live to be 90 the other day- I told him we never know and he said "well that is what I am saying he is gonna live to be 90!" Makes me wonder what he is picking up on because he has never talked about that before- Running Chandler to basketball games for Syracuse Arts Academy is keeping me very busy on Tuesdays and Thursdays and hospice on M/W/F..it is amazing that I get anything done...Spencer is busy with work and school and girls (ick). Since he took the ACT he has started to get letters from different Universities that have linguistics programs, it makes my stomach hurt. I am starting to regret telling them that they should go to school away from Utah to see what the rest of the world is like..:(

  1. Hey, Lady, I am so glad you are doing this!!! I think about you guys all the time. But I am one of those people that stays away because I don't want to bug anyone. I used to be your mom's visiting teacher so I got all the updates but the just took her away from us :(

Speaking of meals, I have a couple of freezer meals that my boys won't eat and I was going to bring them down to you guys. Not that they are gross, my boys just don't like chili. :)

  3. Christen, I'm so glad you started a blog. I'll keep up with you guys here. You know we are always here if you ever need anything. And, please let me know if you do. I'm home most of the time, and would be happy to help in any way I can -- even if you guys just need more ice cream. Oh, and the girls and I had a great time visiting with you guys the other night. Thanks for letting us come see those cute puppies.
